More precisely, we offer you a set of new blocks, from sector 6, Bucharest, blocks that are being developed north of Lacul Morii, in the Crangasi - Giulesti area.

The complex is composed of 6 new blocks in Bucharest, with heights ranging from S+P+7 floors to P+11 floors and totals about 2,000 apartments. The total built area is over 200,000 square meters. 

Below are the types of apartments available from phase 1 of the construction of the residential complex. 

• Block 1 was completed in 2021 and the apartments in it are marked with “C1”.
• Block 2 is completed and delivered to residents in the spring of 2023. The apartments in this block are marked with “C2”.
