To be able to change the fiscal role, you will need the property deed or the contract of sale of the house, the cadastre of the house, the identity document of the owner and the power of attorney the notary, in case the owner does not take care of this step.

At the same time, at the headquarters of the Directorate for Taxes and Local Taxes, you will complete the tax declaration for the establishment of the tax on buildings and, optionally, you may also complete the declaration type of taxation for the establishment of the land tax - for a parking space and the special declaration of taxation for the establishment of the increased tax on buildings - in case you own several properties.
