The price of the apartment may be lower, compared to other apartments on the upper floors.

The cost of utilities will be lower. The cold air is naturally kept in the lower locations, and the exposure to the sun is less compared to the upper floors.

Better view than the apartment on the ground floor.

Average noise level. You are not bothered by street noise, but you are surrounded by neighbors and the traffic in the hallways may bother you.

Prices may be slightly higher than those for apartments located on the ground floor or first floor. 

More stable temperatures, therefore constant utility bills.
