Here in Aqua City, there seem to be a lot of men eager for basketball - so many that each of the 6 blocks has its own basketball team. You would have expected football to be the king of sports, even in this small community, but there are only two football teams and they always play against each other, in an endless series of friendlies.
Early in the morning she runs, Mihai goes to the gym , where he spends a lot of time in the strength zone - one of the 4 areas, along with cardio, spinning and physical therapy. Some evenings are for basketball. And from now on there will be other evenings for cycling.
Home office on the balcony and picnic anytime, in the residential park
Today he works from home. Although he has a specially arranged office area in the 20 sq m living room, he likes to work from here, on the balcony, for the first part of the day. Will he be able to work from the balcony table after installing the bikes or will he have to give up the hammock? He made the necessary measurements, the place is spacious but the thought still stirs.
Before entering the living room, he sees Camelia, a good friend who sits in the block opposite, and shakes her hand briefly. He knows he'll see her later, in the park between the blocks. After all, they've been planning this week's picnic !

He just took Maria to kindergarten in the residential neighborhood (a 5-minute walk on the clock!) And now he can gather his thoughts before the day begins. He thought that the little one would find it difficult to adapt to kindergarten, that he would cry for her, that he would have to stay there longer. But after 2-3 more difficult days, Maria made friends and now she can't wait to go to school.
How good it would be for the school to be so close to always know it! But he smiles wryly when he realizes that school 162 is 400 m away and school 163 is one kilometer away. I'm not that far away. In addition, Maria will be older then and anyway, who knows what choices they will make until then.
