If you are already familiar with our series of articles, then you probably know that we have completed the structure of block 1 in Aqua City, that we are working on finishes and details, and that, since the summer, we are working on the structure of block 2. At the inauguration officially, the residential complex will have 6 blocks, a park, numerous green spaces and sports fields, commercial spaces, a kindergarten and other facilities for the community we are building here.
So, what happened in the last month in Aqua City, designated the largest construction site in Bucharest and the third in Romania?
In the kitchens, in the bathrooms, on the interior halls, the tiles are already installed. In the living room and in the bedrooms it was decided to install a floating laminate flooring, 12.3 mm thick and with a pine wood surface.
I reached the 2nd floor
The 2nd floor of block 2 is under construction. Last week we were working on pouring the floor over the 2nd floor - that is, on the future floor of the 3rd floor. Considering that block 2 was also designed with three stairs, it is a type of work that requires time.
We reached the 3rd floor
We return with the news in block 1, on the 3rd floor, where the metal part of the future glass walls that separate the kitchen from the living room has been installed.
This partitioning solution is one meant to create both space and privacy - the 2 rooms are connected and separated by this glass wall to be installed in the coming weeks.
Different ways to visit Aqua City

1. Come to the showroom
Near the Aqua City site, on Rocilor street no. 12 - 16, Giulesti - Crangasi area, we arranged a showroom in which there are both models of the residential neighborhood and three apartments (2-room detached, 2-room semi-detached, 3-room detached) , built to scale and fully furnished.
They are available at any time for viewing, giving you the opportunity to feel (or measure) how big the living space is, what is the feeling of having a glass wall between the kitchen and the living room, how bright it can be and, not least. row, what are the possibilities of decoration and furniture.

2. Take a virtual tour of the site
On the Aqua City website you can find all the technical details about the available apartments - beyond the built / usable area, price, apartment plan, north-south / east-west orientation. You can choose your apartment depending on the location within the block - at the end of the hall or near the elevator, on a lower or upper floor.
We have a rendering section - the space of the apartments imagined, decorated, furnished - by the team of architects and designers but also one of photos of the apartments, as they were made to the three apartments in the showroom built to scale.
There is even the option to take a virtual tour, either by watching videos or even accessing the virtual tours option, through which, with the help of the mouse and a plan, you can walk from one room to another.
