We are closely following the progress of the Aqua City site so that you are up to date with the evolution of this residential neighborhood that we are building north of Lake Morii.
Now, when we are on the last hundred meters with the finishes at block 1, the team's emotions increase. After almost two years of work, we are preparing to complete the construction and finishing part of the first block in a neighborhood that will set another urban standard in the Giulesti area.
I finished!
In recent weeks, the construction team has been working on finishing the balconies. Specifically, all 311 balconies now have Keros Ceramica tiles from Spain, the same type of tiles that can be found in the kitchen, bathroom and hallways of apartments.
The works were completed on the 6 facades of the block. The decoration has been fully applied and now anyone can admire - and recognize - the color combination that will define the Aqua City residential neighborhood.
However, the scaffolding is maintained on the facade for the transport of the materials to be installed in the block: ceramic wall and floor tiles for certain common spaces, railings, parquet, etc.
Attention, this is where we work
At this moment, inside block 1 we are working on:
- mounting the protection railing of the balconies, which is made of a light metal fabric, resistant to the passage of time. The installation of railings made of safety clear glass panels will follow;
- installation of glass walls that replace part of the common wall that separates the kitchen from the living room;
- installing parquet in bedrooms and living rooms;
We are still working ... but we accept site visits - the next Open House @ Aqua City is on Saturday, August 28th.
I poured the foundation of block C2
Probably the most important news is that we officially started block 2 in the Aqua City residential neighborhood.
That's right, the works at the foundation started a few months ago, but now, at the end of July, things have become visible from the drone! All the foundations (erasers) were poured and work began on the walls and floors in the basement.
Gradually, the scaffolding and the activity will move here.
