It's December and we've completed the structural part of the first block of the Aqua City residential project!
Since the last status, published last month , the building has been raised by 1 floor. The whole part of the structure of the block - the 11 floors - is completed.
We celebrate a year of construction and 11 of 11 floors built
The interior partitioning of the first 9 floors is also completed, at this moment working on the masonry part of the 10th and 11th floors.
The interior installation works - thermal, electrical - are in full assembly process. Our team of installers - all trained and authorized by REHAU - performs the last works on the 8th floor.
The pouring of the screed for the protection of the thermal and electrical installations for the next 2 floors (floors 5-6), and of the final screed for the 4th and 5th floors was continued.
On the first 4 floors, from each of the 3 stairs of the block, the plastering of the walls was finished.
The works have also advanced to the covered parking lot, where plots P1 and P2 are executed in proportion of 100%. We are going to execute plots P3-P5, the first block having 7 such plots.
From the news related to the parking lot, we move quickly to the news related to the terraces: the waterproofing of the 3 stairs of the block has started, the stairs no. 3 being completed in a proportion of 40%.
All these processes go in parallel, until the end of December 2020, when we estimate that the masonry will be executed in proportion of 100% and the electrical and sanitary installations in proportion of 90%.
A little closer to the ideal comfort. In Aqua City
At this moment, at the beginning of December, each apartment on the 1st and 4th floors has mounted windows and doors. The glass is also installed in the apartments on the first 2 floors. As we mentioned in a previous article , the carpentry of the windows is made of PVC, Salamander brand, with triple-glazed insulating glass, and the entrance doors are from a top Italian manufacturer: Dierre.
The apartments on the first two floors were coarsely plastered on the plaster and the sockets and sockets were even fitted.
All in all, the apartments will be ready in the middle of 2021. Then, a few months follow dedicated to the creation of the minutes of the reception of the building:
- Minutes of ascertaining the state of the property
- Reception report at the end of the works
- Apartment reception and delivery report
We expect the owners to come up with the first pieces of furniture in December 2021, in time to mark the beginning of a new stage in their lives, celebrating Christmas in Aqua City.
Comfort in Aqua City apartments - regardless of their size or number of rooms - will be high.
The building was designed and created in such a way that your new home is:
- LIGHT
The degree of natural light you have in Aqua City is increased compared to known apartments. We achieved this by giving up the masonry parapets and replacing them with glass, obtaining an additional glazing of about 71%.
- Soundproof
The low degree of external noise is ensured by the double-glazed window consisting of 3 bottles (trypan). Besides the fact that this aspect will contribute to low energy bills, it will be a good sound insulator, the noise being reduced by almost 35 db.
- Thermally and rainproof insulated
The degree of warmth in the house will be the one you want. Thermal and hydro insulation have separate roles, but they work together. The facade of the block has a thermal system with polystyrene 10 cm thick and density 80, covered with putty and decorative plaster, a system that provides both types of insulation: thermal and hydro. Regarding the terrace above the top floor, the thermo / hydro system is of inverted type, composed of slope screed with polystyrene granules of average thickness 10 cm, waterproofing of bituminous membranes reinforced with polyester, flexible, high density polystyrene (20 cm thickness) - the whole system ensures thermal and hydro comfort, according to the regulations.
- Energy efficiency
Each block in Aqua city will have an energy performance indicator type A - the highest class. This means low energy consumption (obtained by lighting with LED sources, heating and water consumption installation equipped with flow meters, ventilation for a high quality of indoor air) and high energy efficiency.

In the 11 months of construction of Block 1, the following were used:
- 1,600 tons of iron
- 14,000 cubic meters of concrete
- 152850 YTONG bricks
