It is October 19 and the construction of the first block of the Aqua City residential project has reached the structure of the ninth floor of the 11 provided. The sunset on Lake Morii is getting better and better.
In the last month (September) the building has risen by 2 floors . Work is now underway on the structural part of the 9th floor, the last masonry parts of the fifth floor are being completed and work has begun on the interior, thermal, plumbing and electrical installations, reaching the 3rd floor. All processes will go in parallel, until the end of November 2020 , when we estimate that the structure part will be completed. The pouring of the screed for the protection of the thermal and electrical installations has started, the first 2 floors being already poured in the apartments.
In the meantime, we divided 150 apartments out of the 268 in Block no. 1

All construction and finishing works are done by the general contractor, Multiconsult Adventure SRL , with an experience of over 10 years in the field .
For the execution of sanitary and thermal installations, we work with a team of 50 installers trained and certified by our partner, REHAU . Kits and mounting equipment are the same brand.
In fact, we use REHAU materials and services to:
- drinking water installation - and we want to emphasize that each apartment in the 268 of Block 1 will benefit, in the kitchen, from 2 taps: on one will flow water from the public network, on the second alkaline water from the source that is located on the territory of the Aqua City ensemble , a source that has been known and exploited for four centuries
- domestic water drainage system
- centralized suction system
- heating and cooling of surfaces
As a technical solution for joints, the RAUTITAN PEX-A pipe type was chosen, which has a proven lifespan of 50 years.
