Block C1 is completed and Block C2 is being prepared for reception. You can follow the entire evolution of the works here.
Block C2 is ready for reception
Our teams are in a hurry to complete the works in order to receive the C2 block in January 2023.
Here is what is happening right now in the C2 block of Aqua City:
- Gloet, primer and the first layer of washable paint were applied to the walls;
- We installed: tiles, floor tiles, parquet, external doors, water meters;
- We are working on the common spaces;
- Installation of apartment heating plants;
- The installation of sanitary ware, interior doors and glass walls between the kitchen and the living room is being completed.
The apartments in the block provide residents with a superb view of Morii Lake, located just 200 m from the complex.
Close to the lake and the most beautiful promenade area in Bucharest
On June 1, 2022, the Morii Lake promenade was officially opened to the public, in an exceptional form, renovated and decorated to European standards. This means that you will always be able to enjoy long walks by the lake, sports activities or simply the “the most beautiful sunset in Bucharest”.
Furthermore, according to the announcements of the City Hall of Sector 6, a Romanian-Belgian team of architects and landscapers took over the project for the development of a 16.6-hectare park around the Lake Mills. The attraction of the park will be Angel Island itself, where cultural and sports events will be organized, it will have a beach, pier and pontoons for water sports.
We are starting PHASE 2 of the project
The construction of the following 2 blocks, corresponding to < span style="font-weight: 400;">Phase 2, its delivery date being the beginning of 2025. Phase 2 includes 2 buildings, 538 apartments (studios, 2 rooms, 3 rooms) and 662 parking spaces.
With a total built area of 49,140 sqm, Phase 2 of the Aqua City project complements the 2 blocks already built with intelligently compartmentalized apartments, new green spaces, for playing and relaxing, a kindergarten and a multifunctional sports ground.
Unlike Phase 1 of the project, the apartments in Phase 2 will be delivered semi-finished.
In Block C1, the young community of residents is growing nicely
In Block C1 of Aqua City residents are already enjoying their apartments and the many facilities of the complex (residential park of 3,400 sqm with artesian fountain, children's playground, underground and above-ground parking, video intercom, secure access to the complex, 24/7 security, Lidl store right in front of the complex, Carrefour Express on the ground floor of block C2 ). The residential complex Aqua City received the honorable award “Positive impact in the community”< span style="font-weight: 400;"> at the 2022 Real Estate Awards Gala for involvement in the extended community of Giulesti and the role it plays in the modernization of the neighborhood.
In November 2022, Aqua City received the visit of the Rapid Bucharest football team and the football m Everyone from the whole team met their favorite athletes.
