The stage of the works at Aqua City - June 2021: we installed ceramic tiles, faience, doors and elevators

At this moment, at Block C1, we have completed:

• the masonry part;
• compartmentalization of all apartments;
• installation works of interior installations (thermal and electrical);
• pouring screed for the protection of installations (thermal and electrical);
• execution of fresh air intakes in apartments (on all stairs);
• (on the side of electrical installations) cable beds for the columns of the apartments;
• (on the side of electrical installations) the electrical supplies of the elevators;
• the gas installations are 100% completed, both in the apartments and in the common spaces;
• plastering the walls - the filling and finishing plasters are finished in all the apartments;
• washable primer is completed on floors 1 - 10 (scale 1, 2,3);
• installation of carpentry for windows and doors;
• mounting glass for windows;
• mounting the glass wall between the kitchen and the living room;
• mounting the tiles on the hallways (and in the common spaces) reached the 10th floor (staircase 1), the 6th floor (staircase 2) and the 5th floor (staircase 3);
• the installation of the tiles in the apartments was completed on floors 1 - 11 (scale 1), on floors 1 - 9 (scale 2) and on floors 1 - 10 (scale 3);
• the installation of the tiles on the balconies of the apartments is 100% completed on the east facade and on the north facade;
• waterproofing in bathrooms;
• mounting the frames on the exterior doors in proportion of 100%;
• installation of waterproofing on the terrace of the 3 stairs;

Regarding the utilities, common and private, we mounted:

• one lift for each staircase;
• radiators in all apartments (stairs 1, 2, 3);
• thermal power plants - on scale 2 (floors 1, 3, 6);

News related to the facade of Block C1:

• On the north facade (towards the park) and on the east facade (towards Godeni), the decorative plaster was applied. The two facades are 100% completed.
• On the south façade (towards the inner courtyard), the heating system is at the level of polystyrene cladding. Degree of completion: 50%
• On the west façade (towards the inner courtyard), the thermal system at the level of the putty table was completed; the application of the decorative plaster follows. Degree of completion: 80%

Block C1, like the other blocks in the complex, was thought and designed so as to obtain the class A energy certificate. Part of this process means that the facades will have, mounted between floors, both expanded polystyrene and basalt wool with increased fire resistance. . Thermal insulation of facades will be done by mounting and diblation. The ultimate goal? To ensure excellent thermal and sound insulation.

At Block 1, we continue the works with:

• washable primer on the 11th floor (scale 1, 2, 3);
• washable layer (scale 1, 2, 3)
• installation of tiles on the hallways (and in the common spaces), on floors 10 - 11 (staircase 1), floors 6 - 11 (staircase 2) and on floor 5 - 11 (staircase 3);
• installation of tiles in apartments for floors 10 and 11 (scale 2, 3);
• waterproofing in bathrooms, on the upper floors of the 3 stairs;
• on the side of sanitary installations, the installation of water meters is performed
