The Aqua City Concept
We set out to create an innovative residential complex, where the quality of life is high. The general contractor chosen to build Aqua City is the Romanian company Multiconsult Adventure. Founded in 2012, Multiconsult Adventure has extensive experience in the field of residential construction, with a portfolio of over 14 Bucharest projects, and specializes in niche installations.
Multiconsult Adventure has been working with REHAU Romania for more than 10 years for the execution of complex sanitary and thermal systems. And it has an effective staff of 50 installers, trained and authorized by REHAU.
Advantages of the Rautitan installation system from REHAU
For the installations related to Block 1, we chose to use the Rautitan system from REHAU, a high quality product, which, since its launch on the market - in 1962 - until today, has undergone few design changes and has proved an endurance. big.
The Rautitan joining system is considered the safest way of cold joining on the Romanian market and offers a lifespan of 50 years - an aspect that for both the developer and the end customer translates into “good investment, because in the long run we save money for a long time ”.
Another quality of this system of sanitary and thermal pipes is the fact that it offers a high speed of execution and safety at the joint, regardless of the conditions on the site. This means that the site progresses according to the established schedule, without affecting the long-term quality of the work.
Another aspect related to the high quality of the work execution is the use, by each assembly team, of REHAU brand kits and equipment. Moreover, the joint system is mechanically controlled - we thus guarantee that each joint is safe, compliant, of the highest quality.
With a range of over 150 fittings, we choose the right parts for a simple and fast installation. The installation is mounted by copex type pipe protections, which offers a safety in operation until the screed is poured. At the same time, the future Aqua City tenant will benefit from additional security in the future.
REHAU pipes are treated for drinking and ensure the characteristics of the supply water by specialized certification, without changing its taste, smell or color.
Last but not least, by choosing the Rautitan system at the expense of the classic systems, the lifetime of the individual thermal power plant is considerably increased by eliminating the deposits on the installation.
In the Aqua City complex, REHAU systems will be used for:
