Where? In a residential park of 4000 sqm
The Aqua City residential neighborhood is developing around the concept of healthy living.
The name of the complex comes from its proximity to Morii Lake but, above all, from the presence of a natural water spring located inside Aqua City.
The spring has been known and exploited for 400 years. Aqua City is the only district in our country that offers you pure spring water, supplied by deep wells that capture existing underground springs. The water will be delivered to the second tap of the kitchen of the apartments in AquaCity so that the residents can enjoy drinking water with special properties.
Wellness in Aqua City also means the creation of several types of green spaces within the complex. The most important will be the residential park, spread over an area of 4,000 sq m. The foundations of the Aqua City residential park were laid in December, when they were planted
100 trees and shrubs (of about 14 species) on an area of 3,400 square meters.

In the future, this area will be divided into a park, alleys, playground, event scene. There will be enough space for exercise - yoga, cardio, gymnastics - but also for relaxation - with a good book in hand, in the shade of a lime tree, or an urban picnic with some friends.

Where? On the promenade of Lake Morii
Lake Morii, located in the NW part of Bucharest, is the largest lake in the city, with an area of 246 hectares and a perimeter of about 7 km. It is an artificial dam, made in the '80s, and its dams are made of concrete. Along its banks there is an alley and in many parts green areas that form the basis of a future promenade.
In fact, the current mayor of Sector 6 announced that :
"This year, we will start arranging the promenade area on Lake Morii with benches, lighting, a running track, a windscreen, various pergolas so that this area will start to be as civilized and attractive as possible. So, this year we are dealing with the dam, and next year we will be dealing with Lake Morii Island ”.
The project of the Lake Morii promenade aims at expanding the areas of green spaces, arranging leisure spaces, but also arranging the Island of Angels which will have, until the end of 2025, elements of artificial beach, sports spaces, a cultural center.
The first to enjoy the modernization and creation of the Lake Morii promenade will be community members from the Aqua City residential complex. Located in the northern part of the lake, with exit on Rocilor Street, but also on Calea Giulesti, the residential neighborhood is a 2 minute walk to the lake.
Here, on the waterfront, you can choose between jogging, cycling, a roller coaster ride or a scooter ride or simply a long walk, possibly at a brisk pace.
Morii Lake Promenade Project
At this moment, the technical-economic documentation of the Lake Morii promenade project is being updated and the execution term is 9 months. Basically, in a year, the first owners of Aqua City will enjoy spring on the new promenade of the lake.
