We publish a short monthly article in which we highlight the main works performed on the Aqua City site in the last 30 days. We have been doing this for 14 months already and you can follow the evolution of the entire site, here.
We are approaching the end of the third autumn on what has been designated the largest construction site in Bucharest and the third in Romania. What's new? Read on.
Attention, they are working!
At block 1 of Aqua City the works are in full swing on the finishing part:
- The floating laminate flooring, with pine wood surface, was installed in the bedrooms and living rooms of almost all the apartments on the 3rd floor. At the other two stairs, you reached the 5th floor.
- All apartments benefit from a glass wall between the kitchen and the living room - a design that gives both more space and privacy. At this moment, about 40% of the 311 apartments have this partition wall, made of glass, mounted.
Another floor!
Block 2 increases by about one floor per month. At this point, the 4th floor was completed and work on the floor structure which will be the 5th floor Colleges dealing with these works enjoy a wonderful view of Lake Morii , thing will be done and future owners .
The completion on the structure will be done towards the end of summer 2022 and the apartments will be able to receive their tenants from 2023.
Where have we focused our attention in the last month?
In addition to the works on block 1 and block 2 in Aqua City, in the last month the construction team has focused its attention on the exterior systematization between the blocks.
The targeted space will become a future green land, a mini-park, to which the inhabitants of the two blocks will have direct access.
Equipped with large planters, delimited by pedestrian alleys, the mini park is 90% completed. The planters have been installed and will be populated with plants, shrubs and grass seeds.
In addition, they worked on arranging the access to the park, as well as the pedestrian alleys.
