It is March 31, 2021 and on the Aqua City site, two blocks are being worked on simultaneously!
Block 1 has been completed on finishing.
Block 2 is in the excavation stage of the foundation.
We are in the first phase of construction of the Aqua City residential neighborhood, which in the end will occupy a total built area of 200,000 square meters and will consist of 6 buildings with a height regime of Ug + Gf + 7/10/11 floors and a total of almost 2,000 apartments.
The first occupants of Block 1 will enjoy their new home in the fall of 2021.
At this point, in Block 1, we have completed:
- the masonry part
- compartmentalization of all apartments
- installation works of interior installations (thermal and electrical)
- pouring screed for the protection of installations (thermal and electrical)
- plastering the walls for the first 10 floors
- installation of carpentry for windows and doors, in its entirety
- mounting the glass for windows
- mounting the glass wall between the kitchen and the living room
- installation of tiles on the hallways, on floors 1 - 4
- waterproofing in bathrooms for floors 1 - 4
- installation of frames at the entrance doors to apartments in proportion of 75%
- execution of plots P1, P2, P3, P4, P5 from the covered parking lot in proportion of 100%
We continue the works with:
- pouring the final screed for the protection of thermal and electrical installations - on stairs 1 and 2 we have reached the 11th floor, on the 3rd floor we are on the 10th floor
- smoothing floors 5 - 8
- putting the primer layer 1 and washable on the 1st, 2nd floors
- installation of tiles on the hallways, on the 5th floor
- waterproofing in bathrooms, on the 5th floor of the 3 stairs
- installation of tiles for floors 1 - 2
- plastering the walls for the 11th floor, from all 3 stairs
- terrace waterproofing for all 3 stairs
- rainwater installation
- the installation of the reinforcement from the screed to P6 and the works will continue at P7 (at the covered parking lot)
- thermal insulation by mounting and dabbing the facades - between the floors was placed both expanded polystyrene and basalt wool with increased fire resistance
- mounting the frames on the exterior doors (the remaining 25%) and the actual mounting of the doors
Also in Block 1, the works will start:
- installation of tiles in kitchens and bathrooms
- electrical wiring
- installation of FDCPs to supply the apartments
Adjacent to Block 1, the stratification of the front outer road will begin.
We estimate that we will finish the arrangement and finishing works in July of this year.
Regarding Block 2:
the works are in the excavation stage to pour the leveling of the building. We are also working on the excavations for the parking lots attached to the block.
The steps are:
- digging up to the quota in the project
- casting the equalizer
- mounting the housings
The whole process takes a few weeks - up to 2 months.
Features Block 2
Block 2 has slightly different characteristics from Block 1. It has the same height regime, but it has 29 more apartments and the surface of the balconies-terrace increases. You can find the six most important differences in the article here.
