Beyond the development of a real estate project aligned to the needs of buyers, Aqua City understood that it has a responsibility to the extended community. Thus, on the land of the former Silvarom factory there will be a modern residential complex, which will support the regeneration effort of this former industrial area. Besides the unique concept of the project, for the first time in Romania, the inhabitants of Aqua City will benefit from a variety of facilities and related services. Among these we mention:
- Kindergarten - one of the most important facilities that Aqua City residents will enjoy is the new spacious kindergarten, with an area of approximately 500 square meters, which will be located on the ground floor of one of the stairs of block 4. It will be intended mainly for children from Aqua City, but also the little ones from other areas will have access to this educational institution. Therefore, families living in the area or even inside the complex do not have to worry about the kindergarten where they will enroll their children;
- SPA center - future owners will be able to enjoy a modern SPA center, equipped with jacuzzi, wet and dry sauna, as well as an indoor pool, with variable depth and crystal clear water, designed for relaxation, swimming lessons and aqua gym. They will be able to benefit from unique therapies, facial or body treatments or SPA rituals;
- Commercial spaces - inside the complex there will be a store of a top retailer, and on the ground floor of block 1 different commercial spaces will operate, with various functions, on a total area of approximately 2,400 sqm. The ensemble will also benefit from spaces for the sale of pharmaceutical and natural products, medical office, beauty salon, bank and restaurant, so that customers can access all these services in the most convenient and easy way;
- Green space - green spaces support urban systems from a social and ecological point of view, having a positive impact on the quality of life and health of the population. The Aqua City project benefits from generous green spaces, which represent about 30% of the total land. Of this surface, about 4,000 sqm are intended for the construction of a park, and the rest represent the green spaces in the complex, between the blocks or the common spaces of the ensemble.
