These are the last weeks in which we work simultaneously on two blocks - the first two blocks in the Aqua City residential neighborhood, designated the largest construction site in Bucharest and the third in Romania.
Until we reach the moment when we decree the installation of all the finishes of block 1 completed, we invite you to be with us and to look a little behind, at the progress made in August 2021.
I'm done with the tiles!
In block 1 there are 311 apartments and all of them have, at this moment, the tiles installed in the halls, bathroom, kitchen - on the balcony being placed last month. The tiles are the Keros Ceramica brand, the largest Spanish ceramic manufacturer in Europe and one of the most important partners of the Aqua City residential project.
The bathroom works are completed, all the bathtubs and toilet bowls are already installed.
We also advanced with the installation of the protection railings of the balconies - loggias. The metal part was fixed in all the balconies and we started to install the glass panels.
Residential park - under construction!
Aqua City is a future community where the focus is on a healthy lifestyle . This also means the presence of numerous green spaces, arranged with little vegetation, shrubs and trees, with lots of grass and shaded surfaces.
In the winter we took the first steps towards the Aqua City residential park. And in recent months we have been working on an "indoor park", a future green space designed between block 1 and block 2, which will consist of planters, terraces, paths. In recent days we have focused on waterproofing planters and finishing terraces.
Greetings from the ground floor of block C2
After we got used to photographing Morii Lake from the 11th floor or from the terrace of block 1, now we returned to the ground floor, only we changed the block.
The works are advancing at a fast pace at block 2. Both the basement and the ground floor have the completed resistance structure, at this moment working, in phases, on the resistance structure of floors 1 and 2.
Aqua City Open House - Rapidisti, we are waiting for you at home!
The third Open House @ Aqua City event will be a special one, created only for FC Rapid fans.
This summer, Aqua City has officially become a partner and sponsor of Rapid . It was an organic step, given that we are united by our love for the cherry team and for Giulesti, a neighborhood whose regeneration we set out to actively contribute to.
Thus, on Saturday, September 25 , we invite to a guided tour of the Aqua City project all Rapid fans interested in moving to a place that vibrates in the color cherry.

How will this edition of Open House take place?
- We will do the complete tour of the project together with the legend of Rapid, Ion Manu . You will discover in detail what the apartments look like, what are the facilities and facilities of the residential neighborhood.

The fast returns home!
