We are in the first part of November 2020 and the construction of the first block of the Aqua City residential project has reached the structure of the tenth floor out of the 11 provided.
Since the last status was published last month, the building has been built with 2 floors. We are working hard on the structural part of the 11th floor (the walls are raised, the screed is to be poured) and we have finished the last parts of the masonry (interior partitioning) of the eighth floor.
The interior installation works - thermal, sanitary, electrical - are in full assembly process. Our team of installers - all trained and authorized by REHAU perform the last works on the 6th floor.
The pouring of the screed for the protection of the thermal and electrical installations for the next 3 floors (floors 3-4-5), and of the final screed for the first and second floor were continued.
On the first 3 floors, from each of the 3 stairs of the block, the plastering was finished.
All these processes go in parallel, until the end of November 2020, when we estimate that the structure of the 11 floors will be completed.
Apartments with SMART compartmentation
The area of an apartment is important, but more important than the number of useful square meters is the way the latter are thought and divided.
Here at Aqua City we build and finish apartments with a SMART compartment . Thus, the 32 usable square meters of an Aqua City studio apartment or the 52.75 usable sqm of a 2-room apartment type offer the comfort associated with a much larger space.

In the 11 months of construction of Block 1, the following were used:
- 1,400 tons of iron
- 12,750 cubic meters of concrete.
- 100,000 YTONG bricks
According to our estimates, block no. 1 in the Aqua City residential neighborhood will be ready "turnkey" in the middle of 2021 . There will be a period in which we will deal with the legal part - dismantling and other technical documents - and we will welcome the first tenants in December 2021 .
