Aqua City Construction Status - March 2021: A block almost finished, a block started

We are at the beginning of March and the Aqua City residential complex looks totally different from a year ago!

The construction of the first block in Aqua City has been completed on the structure, an area of 3,400 square meters has been planted - part of the future residential park - and work has begun on the foundation of block 2.

At this moment, in Block 1, we have completed:

  • the masonry part
  • compartmentalization of all apartments
  • installation works of interior installations (thermal and electrical)
  • pouring screed for the protection of installations (thermal and electrical)
  • plastering the walls for the first 7 floors
  • installation of carpentry for windows and doors, in its entirety
  • mounting the glass for windows
  • mounting the glass wall between the kitchen and the living room
  • plots P1 and P2 in the covered parking lot

  • pouring the final screed - on the 1st floor we reached the 7th floor, on the 2nd floor we work on the 5th floor, on the 3rd floor we are on the 9th floor (out of 11 floors)
  • plastering the walls for floors 8, 9, 10, 11 (from the 3 stairs)
  • at the covered parking lot, the erasers and the plates over the parking lot for plots P3-P5 were made
  • and at the P4 plot, the reinforcement of the eraser began

Also in Block 1, the works will start:

  • whitewashing interior walls
  • thermal insulation of the facade
  • execution of erasures at plots P 6 - P7 of the above-ground parking lot

Regarding the structure part of the first block, I used:

  • 1,650 tons of iron
  • 14,000 cubic meters of concrete.
  • 72950 pieces of 15cm, 16500 pieces of 25 cm and 76400 pieces of 30 cm, a total of 165 850 pieces of Ytong comrades

We estimate that we will finish the arrangement and finishing works in July of this year.

Regarding block 2, we started the works at its foundation. It is a building with ground floor and 11 floors and 340 apartments.

Compared to block 1, the main changes are:

  • on the ground floor there will be apartments, not commercial spaces
  • 32 apartments will be duplex style (11 2-room apartments; 18 3-room apartments; 3 4-room apartments)
  • Lake Morii will be visible from the 4th floor
  • 74 apartments are facing Lake Morii
  • the surface of the loggias increases (closed balconies laterally), which turn into loggia type terraces
  • all are completely detached

The apartments in Block 2 are already available for purchase and have prices from 47,000 Euro (studio apartments) to 169,000 Euro + VAT (4-room duplex).
